Programs menu
How can I edit (add, delete, etc.) programs are listed in the "START ALL PROGRAMS".
This was pretty easy in Win 95 but I can't seem to find a way. Right clicking the start and then open only shows programs that have icons on the desk top.

different with each version, actually the methodology is the same,
the location is different.
In Win98 and ME, launch Windows Explorer and navigate to
C:\Windows\Start menu. You can then rename the applications
which are in the subfolder "Programs".
In the Win2K/WinXP OS, the folder is in C:\Documents and Settings
\individual user name\Start Menu\Programs. The individual user
name refers to whatever the actual user's name for login is.
