Hi,I have come across a web site that suggested i could change the existing CPU with a quad core CPU and i seen some of the AMD2 and AMD3 sockets may interchange but only a few of them.

It was suggested that the bios be updated before you change processor,but when i started to research it on this web site more people have had their PC'S turned into door stops because DELL can not do a bios upgrade right hence PC'S destroyed in the end so i think i will leave that one alone.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated,thank's
