5150 return advice please
Hi,
I bought a 5150 6 months ago, and just literally 1/2 an hour ago it cut off and wouldn't turn back on, im pretty sure that this isn't a software problem, and im going to ring dell first thing in the morning to get it fixed, but before i do this i just wondered what the service team are going to do to my hardrive? will it be wiped? Because i really cant afford it to be wiped, i was halfway through backing my files up when it cut off (hard to believe) and there is data on there that i have been working on since i got that laptop and some from even before that, this is coursework that i cant lose. please, any help or advice is greatly appriciated
