My hard drive fried on my Dell Inspiron 17 5720 laptop and when I replace the hard drive I cannot boot to the Bios just get the F12 boot options in the bottom right corner. I have read every tech site there is on this the only real solution anyone had was replacement of mother board and keypad. When window 8 was running in the past I could never find the window 8 uefi in setting as decribed in many of the forums.  But now I need to install a new harddrive and no way to access the boot menu to boot to the CD drive. Any suggestions.
