presently am experiencing strange display issues in inspiron 15 3521 . The screen suddenly starts scrambling ( just like an TV under no signal , nothing is visible just the scrambling can be seen) and a few minutes after the screen goes black and I have to restart the set . I have observed no specific routines when this occurs , sometimes it has occurred before the login screen appears and at other times it occurred a few minutes after i started a movie. Whenever this occurs the fan and nearby components gets excessively heated up. This problem is irregular & occurs very rarely in my laptop. I have tried the LCD BIST , no error is detected.
