HELP

Question

I just dropped my inspiron 600m laptop!  My screen is totally messed up.  Is my laptop toast....or can the screen be replaced?  I can hear the computer start and I get the lovely windows music, so I know that part is working....but I cant see anything past the streaks of ink/broken window look.

You can replace the screen only...

You can only have your LCD panel replaced in this case if you purchased the CompleteCare warranty. If you purchased such a warranty just call tech support and tell them you dropped your computer, the LCD doesn't work anymore but you can hear Windows music when you startup the computer. If you don't have a CC warranty, you will have to purchase a new LCD panel.
