Issues with WiFi
Recently my wifi has been going on and off on its own. It's not my router that's damaged, because we had it checked and replaced by our provider. Every other device that utilizes wifi currently works without any issues.
My computer, a Dell XPS 1640 Laptop keeps going in and out of wifi connections. Sometimes pages take almost 5 minutes to load, sometimes they load immediately. On some occasions, when a page is having difficulty loading, I will tilt my lid down, and it will load slightly faster. I am not the slightest bit computer savvy, so I have no clue if there's a hardware issue or anything like that.

Hi baligaj,
Welcome to the Community,
It could be a software/driver or hardware issue.Use the system in safe mode with networking(tap F8 on start up,Dell Logo) and check if the wireless works better.
If the pages load faster in safe mode than it could be software related issue.In this case I would try to uninstall the antivirus software and check if that is what is causing the wireless connection to run slow in normal mode.
However if the wireless performance is same in both safe mode(with networking) and normal mode,than you may try to uninstall and reinstall the wireless card driver.To find the wireless card driver you can go to www.support.dell.com,Drivers and Downloads,enter system Service tag number,select operating system,expand network,select wireless card to download driver.
If you're not able to identify your system wireless card,go to Device Manager(Control Panel,System,Hardware),expand Network Adapters,make note of wireless card listed.
