Jumpy wireless mouse when network activity is high
Hi,
I have a targus USB wireless mouse which works normally fine with a Dell XPS 1530. The problem occurs whenever the network activity is high: the mouse cursor jumps whenever I move it. I mean it freezes and then moved a little and freezes again...
First I thought it is the processor causing the problem. I ran "system resource monitor" and I found out that the CPU usage was only 10%. The only thing that was high in the resource monitor was the network activity.
I checked the drivers, updated every single driver, uninstalled the mouse driver and reinstalled it again. I don't know what else I can do to resolve the issue. Please don't tell me to buy a cord mouse, because that won’t fix my current problem. Many people have a wireless mouse and I can't believe everyone has a jumpy mouse. So, do you know what can cause the problem and how can I fix it?
