I'm helping a friend whose brother-in-law bought him this laptop refurbished with Windows 7 installed by the refurbishing vendor (they provide a disc and license).

In the BIOS, wireless is enabled, but Fn-F2 does not turn the wireless on (light stays off). There is no wireless network adapter or any unknown device in device manager. I've tried turning the wireless off in the BIOS then back on.

Any suggestions?
