M4400 Smart Card Reader Drivers
Hi I'm having trouble with my inbuilt smart card reader, I'm running Win7 x64. There are no Smart Card Readers listed within Device Manager. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of the Dell Security Device Driver Installation Package for 64 Bit Operating Systems but there are still no readers listed.
Inserting a card into the reader doesn't result in anything happening, no new hardware is found for example.
Where can I get the drivers for the inbuilt card reader?

Thanks for the idea. My BIOS is password proteced by the IT department here. Do you know if I can flash the BIOS update without knowing this password?
