Hi everyone,

    i have a dell inspiron 8000 and i let my mom use and she dropped it so the screen was black for a while so i had time to fix and get it working again but i forgot the password i use to logon to the desktop and i called the dell customer service i gave them the service tag number and verified all the owner information and they said they can help but i have to pay to have the password reset or to get a "master" password. so i decided to post on this forum to see if anyone on here has any other solutions on how i can log back onto my desktop. thanks.
