remove hibernate selection on laptop

I would like to remove the hibernate selection when shutting down a laptop. How do I do this? Hibernate comes up as the default selection and want to make sure users do not use it when sutting down laptops.

Hi, go to power management through control panel and click on the advanced button/word at the bottom. If you scroll through the options there should be one which shows allows you to change the function of the start menu button to shutdown instead of hibernate. (Vista)
