My monitor is flickering, I've upgraded and downgraded my drivers to see if it would help. Nothing. I updated my BIOS because I thought that was the problem, it's not. I have an anti virus program installed because I thought that a virus might be the problem, it's not. The flickering is interfering with my assignments and such, when I'm working, sometimes the screen will flicker and bring up an application that's already open, or it'll move the apps down the taskbar. (I even adjusted the refresh rate but that did nothing either.)

I would like a solution that would work, please, thanks.
