I have a 3 year old Inspiron 8600.  I have increasing quantities of verticle blue dashes around objects; especially when downloads of videos...thought it might be the video card?  any ideas?  will I need to take it to a computer repair shop or is there some adjustment I can make?  Thanks for your help.
