I own a Studio XPS 16 laptop. I've had it for about a month, absolutely no problems, awesome computer. I've used video chat through AIM a bunch of times since I got it, no problems. Today when I went to video chat, my friend saw me as just a plain white box. When they sent the video request, the first few times I would click accept and nothing would happen. When we finally got it to work, no video for me- I could see them just fine though. the led next to the webcam is off. dell webcam central is working perfectly- I can take pictures and stuff (and the led turns on) and I can see myself and everything- its just video chat thats not working.  if anyone knows what could be causing this that would awesome!
