anyone know what the right driver is for an inspiron 6000 to capture video. I have a new offbrand webcam and everytime i try and capture video it says i do not have the right hardware installed. any help?

You'll need the driver from the manufacturer of the webcam.

yeah i got the drivers from the manufacturer on a cd...when i installed it a thing appeared that told me it may not be compatible with windows xp -- is that why its not working? i installed it anyway. is there a way to make it compatible or get another driver that will work both with the webcam and window xp?
