What should I do to Unlock/Enter my system. This is second time I have this problem, but the first I was able to enter Safe Mode and fix the problem, now cant even do that.

    Hi sdelchev,

Dell does not have nor can it provide master keys or recovery archives. It is a violation of the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) specification to posses or distribute such information.

Refer the following link which has more information:

    Please reply for further questions.

I've got same problem with Wave pre-boot authentication. Since I've got up to date backup I do not care about accessing disk data.

Could You provide a way to remove (or at least disable software) Wave partition? I've tried already in Windows and Linux, but what I've got is that Wave Boot partition, as only one left on drive.

I can not remove that partition, or access drive in any other way.

Drive is LiteOn lct-256m3s SSD drive.

    Looking forward for answer
