P2212H, OSD locked

I just purchased two monitors. When I plug one and try to go the OSD settings, I see a lock padlock. I did my researches and I found out that by pressing the settings button for 15 seconds (the one above power button) it would unlock but nothing happens. I tried with the others button, nothing happens. I tried disconnecting and connecting the power supply and still the same, please advise.
