please help - blue padlock and black background menu interference on moniter
we have a blue padlock in the middle of the screen that keeps turning on and off and a black menu starting with E171FP and going down exit, positioning, image settings, color settings, osd settings, language, factory reset. If anyone can help to remove these so I can read my screen I would appreciate it.

Press and hold menu button for about 30 seconds and see if the lock goes away
or
Try this and let me know the results -
* A message appears stating that the OSD and buttons are locked
* Press the volume decrease and channel up buttons on the monitor simultaneously
-or-
* Press the channel up and volume increase buttons on the monitor simultaneously
* A message appears stating that the OSD and buttons are unlocked
