I can't adjust the width on my E152FP LCD monitor.

I can't see all of left and right of screen at 1024x768,

there is no adjustment on the monitor for this.

The scan rates above the lowest default rate are not better.

During booting, the 640x480 mode is missing right 4-5 characters.

Why does this hapen, even on legacy modes?

Power edge 700, with Win Server 2003.
