I took delivery of this monitor yesterday, and the buttons don't work.

When the monitor powers up, the 5 LED buttons glow then extinguish. (I think this is normal).

Then, If I move my hand near to the buttons, only the bottom one lights up. No matter where my hand is, only the bottom one lights up. I can't get any of the others to light up at all.

Only the lit button seems to do anything if I touch it - unfortunately, all this does is 'exit', which means that it just shows the padlock icon as the menu isn't displayed.

There is nothing in the troubleshooting guide to help. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or do I need to get a replacement?

Such a shame. The monitor screen is fine, but it's on full brightness which is no good at night.

(P.S. My hands are dry, the monitor is on my desk, and no matter where I position the monitor, the problem remains)
