I assume Dell has a roadmap for extending the applicability of the Dell Display Manager (DDM) for the U4919DW to MacOS. It would be greatly appreciated if the roadmap for the rollout of the DDM for MacOS and the U4819DW would be shared here. Thanks!

DDM for macOS compatibility has nothing to do with the fact that we released a U4919DW firmware update that can be run through macOS. As of March 22, 2022, there are no plans to add the U4919DW to the DDM for macOS supported monitor list.
