Would you please add the lines before the "Exited with return code 3." in the daemon.raw, ( starting with the execution till the exit message ) to understand more clearly the error message itself and what are you trying to backup and what blocks this backup to be executed.
Go to the client and run it from CLI (at the same time) and paste error/output here. Or paste error from RMAN which hopefully you have configured (it is log on client side and you can see its name from config file - if configured).

Hi,
Is it related to oracle RMAN backup or are you running backup for any particular application backup through a module or script.

RMAN script execution is not successful. RMAN exited with return code '3'.
receiving the same error in online backup using NMO.
It is for two different clients whose two backup instances are present. While one gets successful the other throws this error.
And yes the schedule is not overlapping for the two runs.
