Need older formware or bootcode upload instructions

You need to use a compatible firmware version to load the latest firmware and bootcode.

Load this version of firmware via xmodem from the bootcode (fw=1.0.1.13)

Boot into the firmware.

Use the firmware to TFTP this version of firmware AND bootcode ( boot=1.0.1.01, fw=2.0.0.31, A10)

make sure you download the firmware AND the bootcode.

do "boot system image-x" to set the new version of firmware as the version to be run.

reboot the switch.

 

Thank you very much for your response.  Here is the solution I located prior to your post.

1) xmodem an older version of the firmware I located on the Dell website using a simple search feature to the switch

2) I regained control but when the switch booted I still was receiving an unusual prompt (not the typical "console" prompt.  The only commands available were "help" and "debug"

3) Determined that this switch was configured as a "slave" in a stack of switches.

4) Found the instructions to use the button labeled select on the front of the switch while booting up to toggle through the options to designate the switch as a "Master" again.

5) When the switch booted, the configuration wizard was available now as expected while connected via hyperterminal.

6) Switch configured with no trouble and software and bootcode update successful.

I have lost firmware 3348 in flash because I erase flash sector

1. is that possible to change serial speed in boot mode

by default only 9600 which is so slow
what I found in manual only change speed in console which I don't have

Hello, okay I didn't faced a direct method to change the serial speed in boot mode. Might be checking some third-party tools or terminal emulators (such as PuTTY) that allow you to adjust the serial speed during boot mode. You can try connecting via one of these tools to see if it provides the necessary options. 

 

just maybe this below works. It is worth taking a shot.

• When the switch is starting up, you will see a message that says “Press space bar to enter Boot Menu”. Press the space bar to go to boot mode.
• To set a different serial speed, type the command setenv baudrate <value>, where <value> is one of the following: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, or 115200.
  • To apply the changes and leave boot mode, type the command boot
