after a manual reinstallation of my laptop because Dell sent me a new hard drive WITHOUT factory image restore option during repair, i tried to install the bluetooth driver but it keeps telling me to "activate bluetooth by pressing Fn+F2 or turning On/Off radio switch". I did this many times but it does nothing and it ends up cancelling the driver download. I know I had the bluetooth installed before I reinstalled everything manually. How do I fix this problem?
