I have the Inspiron 5100 - I had DSL through Comcast using their modem with no trouble whatsoever.  Now though, I want to use my computer at work and when I connected to the DSL modem there, it does not work.  I get a message flashing on my tool bar saying it is disconnected.  I called Dell, spent over an hour on the phone with them with no resolution.  I then called the DSL provider who went through my system with me for over an hour with again, NO resolution.  Can anyone help me on this??  Thanks.
