GENERAL WIRELESS QUESTION

HI,
 
I HAVE A DELL B130 LAPTOP WITH WIRELESS HOOKUP. THE LAPTOP IS WORKING GREAT.
 
 QUESTION: DELL PROVIDED ME WITH A PRINTER WHICH I HAVE CONNECTED WHEN I NEED IT.  IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND A SIGNAL VIA THE WIRELESS SYSTEM WITHOUT THE PRINTER CONNECTED TO THE LAPTOP??

    To do that, you need a wireless print server. They are not cheap. Do a search on google or froogle for possibilities/prices.

    if you want a wireless print server, wait for a sale.  compusa was selling one for $20 last week.  of course, if you have a wireless router and the printer is near the router, then I don't see why a wired print server wouldn't work.
