Hi,

 Can someone please tell me how to open my Dell dimension 4400 desktop modem? I just purchased memory from dell and I thought that I could open it , then I had to realize that this wasn't one of those 1980's modem's that you could just remove the screws from around the bottom and get open.  

I can't find my manuel and I don't want to break it.

Also is installing the memory into the modem as simple as just placing the memory stick  into the correct slot?
