PCIe slot

Alright. So I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 Motherboard from an SFF ( it's a gaming PC with a new case and PSU etc except I'm still using the same motherboard)

I am buying a GTX 1070 Ti from Gigabyte which has 3 huge fans and it's a bit too long that I think it might go over my RAM slot.

Now, before you guys yell at me that "OH A GT 1030 IS THE BEST YOU CAN GET!!!1!1! FOR YOUR 240 WATT PSU" Well, I have a 500 Watt PSU with power connecters. Infact, I had a GTX 1650 work on my old 240 w PSU and case

Alright. Here's my question. There are 2 slots, a blue one and a black one ( I might have to use the black one since it's lower. But... The GTX 1070 Ti uses 150 watts and a 8 Pin power connecter gives 150 watts. So I think it could work.

But let me know if I have to use the blue one.
