How do I add a trace port connection?

Server: Dell PowerEdge 1800

MotherBoard: DAOS56MB8G3 Rev G

 

I have already added:

 

J28 - debug header

XJ1E4 - shorting pins 2 & 3

 

How about R10227 & R10228 are they part of the solution?

 

I can detect a single processor with the debugger, but I am getting clock errors and no control.
