I think a flashing green light indicates a rebuild in progress. OMSA may not be reporting the correct status, I would restart the OMSA services. You can also go into the iDRAC web server storage section to check the drive status. The most accurate information will be in the controller/TTY log. I would verify that it is not a reporting issue before troubleshooting the hardware.
I rebooted the server (so OMSA restarted) and this doesn't changed anything. The bottom led is flashing for days. I don't see the disk in BIOS either. Unfortunately, this server came with iDRAC "Basic Management" and doesn't not have any useful reporting.
