On a AIX system, I see many "defined" disks when executing "lsdev -CCdisk" command, the disks are

still there but the hdiskpowerX and hdiskX numbers X have changed, the applications are working.
I want to get the right kdiskpower numbers, I think that I should remove all the disks first (rmdev) and

execute "cfgmgr", is it right ? Or should I clean powerpath ?
