I recently got a Dell T5610 and I can’t get the system to show anything on screen.

The numbers on the front panel show 2,3,4 and when I look this up it states Display. I’ve tried 2 different graphics cards as well as tried different port options from Display Port, HDMI and DVI. I’ve even tried different PCI slots.

is there an option to flash reset the board or is there an issue with the mother board?
