Headset microphone not working
Whenever I plug in my headset (single 3.5mm jack) I get a Maxx audio pro notification and my microphone doesn't work when I press headset and over ear but it does work when I press mic in but I don't have any audio when I use the mic in option. I only hear static noise from my headset microphone when going with the other options. Any tips on how to fix this my headset is a Razer Kraken and I am using a Precision 3560 laptop. I downloaded the latest drivers but to no avail.

my macine is a precision 5550
I had 3,5 jack problem with headset not working at all - no sound, no mic. It was resolved by re-install Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver (15 june 2022 it is the Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver_VV9FY_WIN_6.0.9257.1_A12.EXE). Install the Dell-Optimizer driver (15 june 2022 it is the Dell-Optimizer_X7C54_WIN_3.1.175.0_A00.EXE)
