After printer a few pages today, I noticed the prints are getting lighter and lighter.  I took the toner out along with the imaging drum and gave it a good shake.  I didn't realize the drum and the toner were 2 pieces and the drum fell to the floor.

 

I reassembled the 2 pieces and placed it back in the printer.  However, now all the printouts come out complete black.  A small margin to the right, I can see the correct print.  About 5% margin.  The other 95% is all black.
