920 All in One Printer
I recently deleted my dedicated fax line. I was told by ATT I could keep my same fax number and use it as a "Ringmaster Number". How do I configure my printer to receive the "Ringmaster" tone. I hear the phone ringing but the printer does not recognize the faxes when the are coming in.

Hello,
Since this printer did not come with a built in faxmodem, one had to use BVRP Classic Phone Tools or the Microsoft Fax Console which was available with Windows XP. What OS are you using? That would be helpful in order to provide more direction.
Instructions for using and configuring the BVRP Classic Phone Tools can be found in the User's Guide on the A920 driver/software cd as well as the Microsoft Fax console.
