Hi,

Just recently, after having the 948 for years w/ a Dell box using Vista, a print command will not take and in the queue window that job stays. I've restarted the computer w/ USB & AC cable out of printer, plugged those back in, set up a simple text only print job, but that old job sticks and won't allow any printing. I've also shut down the computer completely. It is still there. If I delete all print jobs in the cache window, any job behind the original problem file disappears. But that original will not leave. The print icon in the task tray disappears as if the printer is freed up, but when I request a print, it won't print and that original issue is still there. I believe, though I'm not sure, I usually have problems w/ larger files. I tried reloading the 948 disc. I'm not sure if it overwrote what I already had. I also tried loading up the latest drivers. It was the 64 bit version. Once again, I don't know if they are loaded u. The latest print freeze was a request to print an 8MB pic. Any help would be appreciated.
