What model printer?

I have a 10 month (new) Dell Photo 964 AIO all in one. I talked with a tech, she said it was prob with color ink cartridge. I told her I had tried to clean, etc. all those prob and parts, she then sent out a replacement identical printer--just received today Sat, I have now, lost all blue ink color. I have cleaned both cartridges, and heads, can't seem to get printer working properly....with the yellow, red, blue, black....graphics use a rust color...
