i'm still having issues with the printer operating reliably and when i sent a document to print.a few days ago it happened to be when the printer was unhappy. i marked the document to delete from the queue and it's still there, saying it's deleting. i can't print anything.

i have rebooted both the laptop and the printer at least twice without any effect. any ideas?
