cannot clear print queue on v313w

Question

i'm still having issues with the printer operating reliably and when i sent a document to print.a few days ago it happened to be when the printer was unhappy. i marked the document to delete from the queue and it's still there, saying it's deleting. i can't print anything. i have rebooted both the laptop and the printer at least twice without any effect. any ideas? thanks for any help   :emotion-1:

magpie6997,   Try running Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs in the queue.   Next time you print, click file, print and make sure the proper printer is selected.     Rick

thank you! i ran delete print jobs and i'm back in business! forgot to restart the computer but it worked anyway. now all i have to do tonite is get directv back on line... THANKS AGAIN! barb
