Hello Forum, I'm baffled and hope that someone has some ideas to help me out. I have a dell AIO A940 printer. It has worked great for me and continues to work fine. I have windows XP. I recently downloaded Openoffice suite which has a word processor, spreadsheet and a few other functions. It looks like a fabulous program. The program opens and looks good. However, when I try to do a simple format of a cell in the spreadsheet I get the following error: "cannot load library DLBAPRP.DLL using defaults error 126" I have to click on that error messages "OK" 4 times to get to the window for formatting a cell and then when I hit a tab in that window it gives the same error message and eventually crashes the program. I have contacted the forum at open office who assured me it was a problem with either windows or the printer drivers. I see this error message is associated with a known problem with my printer. I have downloaded the latest driver today which is version 1.0 AO1 on Dells website under drivers for my specific printer. That did not help. Microsoft is aware of the problem and put out a bulletin at        http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918730      I looked at method 1 and there are so many files associated with the printer I can't figure out which of the many files to copy and paste. There was only one file with the exact format mentioned in method one and I did paste in system 32 folder but that didn't work either. I don't trust method two and have no confidence that will work. The bottom line is I have an Openoffice spreadsheet program that will not work with my computer because of a microsoft or dell glitch ??? Surely I'm not the only person who would like to use open office with a dell A940 printer. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
