I am having trouble getting my dell AIO 942 to print to my gateway laptop. My dell desktop crashed and I have to get a new hard drive so I am using my laptop, but I can't get the printer to work. It is downloaded and shows it is working, it queues the pages but will not communicate with the printer, even hooked directly to my computer. I have a Vista home premium/32bitand the printer is from Dell Dimension 4700, w/XP, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
