I'm trying to set up my dell b2375dnf printer I bought from someone else and we did a factory reset and now there is no admin login available. When I go to the log in screen it only says "Others" but if I try to add a user and label it admin, it says "That user already exists" even though it doesn't show it. So I can't set up my printer or anything because any time I try to go in to any of the set up options it says "Access denied". So what do I do? I can't get into the network, initial setup, or anything.
