I just got a new laptop and purchased office 365 at the same time.  It is available for download in the dell digital locker, but every time I try to log in, it resets to the log in screen again.  I assume I am using my regular dell log in and password for the locker?  I can't finish my set up and don't have the product key to do it the other way since it is a download through the locker.
