Dell Support Tool

Question

Dell Support Tool  1.I live in the UK can anyone tell me if this tool is supported over here? 2. I have 'Help & Support Centre' on my PC - will the tool overwrite this?   Many thanks....aryeh   Dell Dimension 8300 - XP Home purchased Jan.2003 3.2.GHz I GB Ram

It looks like it is English only. Nothing in the install said otherwise. I don't think it has rewritten anything of mine on my various systems. Rapor

Thanks for your reply. The main reason for first post was if the Tool asks for a Service Tag number, mine will not be recognised by Dell USA. Perhaps I should have justed asked if a Service Tag number was asked for....aryeh

Service tags are not asked for from my experience.   As long as you have English OS, it sould work fine.   Rapor
