I click on the stamped envelope icon on the left end of the toolbar at the top of the screen, then on the back of envelope icon that appears, and the icon shuts down.  No email connection, as if the program didn't exist.  I had this problem a month ago and reran the dirivers cd that came with the computer, and that fixed it.  It happened again a week later and now the cd doesn't run when I tell it to run.  Instead it goes to a screen asking me to select a topic.  I just want my email back.  Can anyone tell me without my having to pay for it?
