Can someone help me? I am getting an error message ("Microsoft Word Has Encountered a Problem and Needs to Close") when attempting to open Microsoft Word. I've tried Microsoft's solutions (removing the compatibility mode setting in Windows XP...which wasn't set...and creating a new normal.dot file) but neither worked. I also reloaded Microsoft Word  2000 but I'm still getting the same error message. My phone has died three times on me because I've waited so long for Dell customer support...help!!! Can anyone give me some advice?? Thank you...
