Product Key

I can not find a product key for my MS Word 2002.  The one I have doesn't work.  And Dell does not have it.  Microsoft support is unreal charging 49.99 to help.  Any suggestions?

    If it's already installed, you can use the Belarc Advisor to list it.  Otherwise you are limited to whatever assistance Microsoft will do for you.  If it isn't worth their cost, then you will have to buy another copy.    www.belarc.com

    What do I do when the trial is up for my product key? Do I have to buy one from online?
