We were using the projector in one meeting and they took it to another meeting to find it would not show anything but a faint white block on the wall.  I can't see the dell logo at boot nor can I see the menu when pressing the menu button.

 

Is there anything out there we can do in house to fix this problem.   I've already tried a new bulb and that was not the problem.
