Kmode exception not handled
We bougth dell power edge r440, install esxi 6.0 and install windows server 2016 as the host. After reboot.. bsod 3 times then goes to cmd prompt. We also try to install windows 10 and same thing happen.. appreciate to who can help me.. tnx

Would you clarify something?
You stated that you installed ESXi 6.0 and then Windows 2016 as host, so did you replace ESXi with Server 2016, or is it installed as a VM on the ESXi host?
I would suggest making sure that the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, and Raid Controller to start, then once we confirm the host OS I would then look into drivers.
